Transcriber's Notes:
The front page of this grant is not signed, but is marked only with the letters LS, meaning it was stamped with someone's Legal Seal. The standard form has been corrected to show Victoria instead of William the Fourth and the word King has been crossed out and the word Queen written in its place. Some clauses, that did not apply to this grant, have also been stricken from the pages and certain words have been changed or added by the Secretary. On the right-hand side of the second page is written: Ex'd July 14 1847, E M Archibald, H M Atty.
