In this census they were living on Percival Street in Maynard. John is shown as a labourer at the woolen mills and his daughter,Clara, was working as a laundress. Margaret indicated that she had six children, but only two were still living. In this census I located a John F Greene, from Newfoundland, a widower, who was a boarder, along with quite a few others, in a house on Main Street in Maynard. His age is given as 76 and he was still a labourer at the woolen mills. John indicated that he had entered the US in 1886 and became a naturalized citizen in 1890.
