• Name	Joseph Swain
Born	Abt Apr 1860	Caplin Bay, Newfoundland
  Gender	Male
Baptism	9 Apr 1860	Holy Apostles Parish, (Fermeuse/Renews), Newfoundland   [1]
Died	Yes, date unknown	Caplin Bay, Newfoundland
Notes	This child is recorded as "Joseph" Swain in the Holy Apostles Parish Baptism records. Some researchers have shown this individual as John Joseph Swain, whom I believe may have actually been a brother born in the previous year. Taking the baptism record as factual, it appears that this Joseph died young since another child, also named Joseph was born abt. September 1865 (Kevin Reddigan).
