Father |
John Glascott, b. Abt 1760, Piltown, Co. Kilkenny, Ireland , d. 13 Apr 1817, Creaken, Co. Wexford, Ireland (Age ~ 57 years) |
Mother |
Susannah Tree, b. 20 Jan 1765, Boston, Massachusetts, British North America , d. 13 Jun 1818, Co. Wexford, Ireland (Age 53 years) |
Married |
Abt 1789 |
Ferryland, Newfoundland [5] |
- This location is speculative since there does not appear to be a surviving marriage record for John and Susannah. The Church of England records at St.John's go back into the 1700s but unfortunately there are no Anglican records for Ferryland before the mid 1820s. There are also references that the local magistrates sometimes performed marriages in the absence of a clergymen.

Married |
Abt 1822 |
Ontario, British North America [5] |
- I could not find a record of their marriage but I found indications that they supposedly had two children, John and Lucinda (who died young). While I did not find baptisms for Lucinda, I did discover a baptism record for a daughter named Susannah.
