Robert Keough

Robert Keough (1951-2009)- Passed away suddenly at sea on Saturday, September 12, 2009 at age 58 years, of Calvert. Predeceased by his mother Helen (2003), father Andrew (1983), and mother and father-in-law Jack and Rita Shannahan. Leaving to mourn his loving wife Monica, son Corey, daughter Charlene (Michael), brother Edward (Rhoda), sisters: Sharon (Wally) and Dianne (Kevin), the extended Shannahan family and many nieces and nephews. Also mourning are a large circle of family and friends, and his co-workers of the "Sea Gypsy." Resting at Fahey's Funeral Home, Fermeuse. Visitation on Tuesday, September 15 at 2 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, September 16 at 2 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church in Calvert at 11 a.m. on Thursday, September 17. Interment to follow at Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Cemetery in Ferryland. Gathering of family and friends after interment at Calvert Hall. Flowers gratefully accepted.
