NORRIS, Pauline Mary (nee Brien) - Witless Bay. Passed peacefully away at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital, St. John's on May 3, 2005, age 86 years. Predeceased by her husband Leonard; parents Mary and Dennis Brien; sisters: Bridget, Bernadette, Helen Hillier, Hilda Daniels, DeSales Principe; brother Michael Brien and daughter-in-law Gertrude Norris. Sadly missed and forever loved by her children: Leonard (Bernadette Carew), Witless Bay, Mary (Bert Rahmel), Elginburg, ON, Thomas (Rosemary), Mt. Pearl, Marian (Dave Burley), St. John's, Roseanne (Wade Parsons), Portugal Cove; grandchildren: Karla Norris (Bryan Bidgood), Vicki Norris, Witless Bay, Lenore (Kevin Bowes), Calgary, AB, Marcus Rahmel, Elginburg, ON, Sonja (Ken Dantzer), Kingston, ON; great-grandchildren: Max and Oliver Dantzer, Riley Bowes; sisters: Winnie (Bill Stratton), Alice Kavanagh, Collette (Bill Shannahan), Calvert, Catherine (Doug Woodburn), Brewster, Mass., USA; brother: Eugene Brien (Regina), Cape Broyle; also a large number of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Ryan's Funeral Home, Bay Bulls. Visitation Thursday, May 5th from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial to take place from St. Patrick's Church, Witless Bay on Friday, May 6, 2005 at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Cross R.C.
