Name appears as Patrick Robert in the baptism record, but it appears that he used Robert Patrick most of his life. His Draft Registration cards gives his name as Robert Patrick. His 1917 Draft Registration card said he was born the March 14th as does his naturalization record, while his 1942 Draft Registration card recorded his birth date as the March 4th. However,all US records show his birth year as 1885, instead of 1886 which was the year of his baptism.
