    Evening Telegram - St. John's Monday August 23 1886: FROM CAPE BROYLE - Henry Carew's schooner arrived yesterday morning, reports having lost during the storm last Tuesday night, two men named Patrick Tobin and Robert Howlett. Apparently she took a daughter Susannah with her. In the early days Michael Power was called Michael Power Walsh but eventually the Power surname was dropped.
